After the concert, there was a special reception to honor the 15th anniversary of the radio program "A Moment In Time". The voice and creator of "A Moment In Time" is Dan Roberts (above), the University of Richmond history professor who started the idea back in 1993. He is certainly enthusiastic about educating us about history. You can hear him every week-day morning on WCVE FM, the local NPR station (88.9 FM - Richmond).
